In connection with World Food Day," Smt. Shamsiya AH, Home Scientist, KVK Kollam" presented a paper titled “Nutritional Efficacy and Consumer Acceptability of Bio-fortified Sweet Potato Varieties 'Bhu Sona' and 'Bhu Krishna' for Combating Micronutrient Deficiencies: Insights from a Nutri Garden Initiative in Kollam, Kerala” at the Two-Day National Seminar on Innovative Strategies for Global Nutrition Security: Focus on Fortification held on October 16-17, 2024.
